Company Description
We are a busy, high performing independent agency based on Cannon Street, London EC4
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Lettings Consultant at The Chant Group, based in the City of London.
As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for speaking to landlords on our rental properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, facilitating our coordination team with your file progression and providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
Experience isn't essential, as we will offer full training to the right individual.

We offer a very attractive salary package for the right candidate, OTE between 50-80k pa depending on individual
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, displaying a good attitude
- Experience in conducting property viewings and managing client relationships preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, preferred but not essential
- Relevant certification or qualification in real estate or property management preferred but not essential
- Strong self motivation and desire to succeed
