Who we are:

Cosi Living is an award-winning property management company specializing in shared living across Liverpool for both students and professionals. We’re young, ambitious, and growing year on year, and we’ve got there by doing things differently rather than following the industry norms. We move fast, care about getting the details right, and we’re building something that lasts.

What you’ll be doing:

As we grow, so does the team, and we’re looking for someone to join our lettings team. Lettings is where every tenancy starts, and you’ll own it from the first advert to the keys being handed over.

  • Preparing properties for marketing and getting them live
  • Advertising and monitoring how adverts perform
  • Handling enquiries and conducting viewings
  • Applications, referencing, contracts, and deposits
  • Inventories, key collection, and move-in
  • Keeping landlords updated throughout
  • Supporting the property management team at peak periods and ongoing marketing activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who this role suits:

This is as much a marketing and sales role as a lettings one. We’re after someone who:

  • Is confident and communicates clearly
  • Is creative and happy to challenge how things are usually done
  • Works independently and just as well as part of a team
  • Takes pride in their work and ownership of what they do
  • Is organized and works well at pace

Property or letting experience is preferred, otherwise a passion for property and a strong eagerness to learn.
