Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am - 6pm
- Fridays: 8:45am - 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday: 10am - 3pm
Driving license: Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy commencement, delivering an excellent level of service to landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants throughout.

Duties will include:
- Manage property enquiries and register prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property information.
- Qualify applicants and assess suitability.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
- Progress lets from offer through to tenancy commencement.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors throughout the process.
- Generate new business and maintain strong landlord relationships.
- Manage property listings, marketing, and online portals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
- Provide a high level of customer service and handle queries professionally.
- Work towards individual and team sales and lettings targets.
- Keep up to date with local market conditions and rental values.
Skills Required
- Previous sales and customer service experience (previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be provided)
- Target driven and tenacious
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- High standards of service and presentation
- Good organizational skills
- Drive to be the top of every league table
- Car owner with a full driving license
- Insured for business use
- Legal right to work in the UK
