Main purpose of role

To deliver against deal targets, generating new and repeat business through strategic applicant management.

Location: Marylebone

Salary: OTE £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lettings activity to generate 40 viewings a week, 2-3 lets a week.
  • Applicant management – ability to distinguish your applicants based on their motives for moving.
  • Price reductions to help the office to have a more lettable register.
  • Offer negotiations to enable a smooth transaction.
  • Ability to deal with effectively with the administration department.

Requirements

  • Customer service orientated – either from a related industry or a known competitor, or being a trainee within Dexters.
  • Base level understanding of the industry.
  • Financially driven with a motive to earn.
  • Cultural fit with our brand values through your actions and words.
