Exciting Opportunity
We’re delighted to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our busy Pre-Tenancy team as a Lettings Coordinator in our Brighton office. This role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum.
About the Role
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset
- Manage all aspects of tenancy progression including referencing, negotiating tenancy terms and liaising with all key stakeholders
- Ensuring all tenancies proceed in a compliant manner with careful attention to detail
- Collection of pre-tenancy monies and payments, whilst coordinating and managing high volumes of applications
- Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback
- Assisting in the marketing of properties, liaising with clients and obtaining necessary documentation for each tenancy
- Maintaining focus of individual and team targets for performance and contributing toward shared goals

- Strong coordination or administration background ideal
