About the Role

It involves:

  • Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
  • Manage all aspects of tenancy progression including referencing, negotiating tenancy terms, and liaising with all key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all tenancies proceed in a compliant manner with careful attention to detail.
  • Collection of pre-tenancy monies and payments, whilst coordinating and managing high volumes of applications.
  • Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback.
  • Assisting in the marketing of properties, liaising with clients, and obtaining necessary documentation for each tenancy.
  • Maintaining focus on individual and team targets for performance and contributing toward shared goals.
