We are looking for a Lettings Team Administrator who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide administrative support to the Lettings team and be responsible for coordinating appointments for incoming leads and handle enquiries across the Leaf portfolio. You must ensure a positive experience for tenants and promote Leaf Living. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings professional to join a rapidly growing business.

  • Previous experience in real estate and residential lettings, BTR/PRS is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a similar administrative/coordination role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational competencies.
  • A dynamic and driven personality, with a strong zeal for the industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, confidently taking charge, making informed decisions, and initiating action in line with company processes and policies.
  • Proficient in presenting and interpreting information accurately and professionally.
  • A collaborative team player who can inspire and motivate colleagues, effectively achieving goals collaboratively.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and crafting effective resolutions.
  • A strict adherence to confidentiality regarding all forms of information and data.
  • Ambition to grow within a rapidly scaling company with plenty of room for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings for the lettings team, liaising with prospective tenants, and lettings consultants to optimise the booking and viewing process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the lettings department, offering administrative support, responding to queries, confirming or changing appointments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
  • Manage inbound communication channels, efficiently handling enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to both potential and existing tenants, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service standards.
  • Actively relay the benefits of Leaf Living’s product to customers using phone and email communication.
  • Accurately record all lead information into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective tracking and follow-ups by the lettings team.
