We're looking for a Full Time Lettings Coordinator
The Role
This is a field-based position covering our HMO portfolio across Reading and the surrounding area, and our growing presence in High Wycombe. You'll be the person prospective and new tenants meet first, and the quality of that first impression shapes whether interest turns into occupancy.
Day to Day
- Conducting in-person property viewings across the portfolio, working to a scheduled diary and following up to reduce no-shows.
- Staging and moving marketing kits between void rooms, so every property is show-ready ahead of a viewing.
- Delivering smooth, professional tenant check-ins on move-in day, and supporting check-outs and inventories as required.
- Qualifying applicants and maintaining a clear, organized pipeline, following up with warm leads and re-engaging previous enquiries where appropriate.
- Keeping our CRM and trackers accurately up to date following each viewing and check-in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
