Lettings & Events Coordinator
St Swithun’s School Letting Company
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Lettings & Events Coordinator to support the continued growth of St Swithun’s School Letting Co.
About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing bookings, memberships and customer enquiries, coordinating schedules, and supporting the delivery of a wide range of events and commercial activities. This is a varied, hands-on role, taking projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Role Details
This is a full-time permanent role. The hours of work are 40 per week, usually 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, with a half hour unpaid lunch break. There will be some evening and weekend work expected. The post holder will be entitled to 6 weeks of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
The salary for this role is expected to be between £28,145.74 and £31,991.47, dependant on qualifications and experience.
