Deadline to apply: Sunday 20 September 2026

We are not looking for someone who simply wants another job.

We’re looking for someone who wants to develop personally, grow professionally and help build something significant.

We’ll provide intensive training, honest feedback and opportunities to take on greater responsibility. You bring the attitude, ambition and drive to make the most of them.

Our ambition is to become the largest lettings and property management company in the West Midlands within five years.

We know that will not happen because of one person, one office or one successful year. It will happen because we build an exceptional team.

We are at the beginning of an exciting journey and expect to recruit multiple people and open new offices over the next 2-5 years. This is your opportunity to join as one of our first recruits, establish yourself early and grow alongside the business.

Your Mission

Your initial focus is simple: build relationships, deliver unforgettable service and get people moved into homes.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate and attend property viewings
  • Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries
  • Follow up with applicants
  • Progress applications and successful lets
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Make sure nobody has to chase us for an answer

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a desk-only role. You can expect an approximate 50/50 split between working from our Pelsall office and being out and about, attending property viewings, meeting applicants and supporting appointments across the West Midlands.

Experience would be useful, but attitude matters more.

We want someone who is ambitious, hard-working, brilliant with people and motivated for the long term. Someone who takes ownership, welcomes honest feedback and naturally goes the extra mile.

Celebrity Service

We want every landlord, tenant and applicant to receive a celebrity level of service.

Fast responses. Honest advice. Promises kept. Details remembered. People made to feel genuinely valued.

We work hard, move quickly and leave egos at the door. Nobody is above answering the phone, attending a viewing or doing what needs to be done.
