Lettings Lister
Contract: FTC 12 months Mat Cover
Location: Battersea and Clapham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE, £5,000 Car Allowance, enhanced commission scheme
We are seeking a Lettings Lister to join our thriving team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the property industry, you will have a proven track record in securing listings, building strong client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and knowledgeable about the local property market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
- Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
