Lettings Manager (12 month maternity)
Location: Harpenden
Salary: £35k Basic
OTE: £65-70k
Are you an experienced lettings manager who has always wanted to work for one of estate agencies premier brands? Then, this may be the role for you!
Our client is an upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices. As the Lettings Manager on a 12 month maternity contract, your role will involve setting high standards, driving the business forward in the local area as well as coaching your team to not only meet but exceed their targets. You must set the working practice standards for the lettings team and ensure you are all up to date with all lettings related legislation and at all times follow procedures.
To be considered, you will be commercially minded, ARLA qualified, and passionate about team development, compliance, and strategic expansion. With responsibilities ranging from marketing and recruitment to legislative adherence and performance monitoring, this role is perfect for someone ready to lead from the front and make a significant impact.

Personal specification:
- Lettings management experience is essential
- ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- A motivator, able to create successful team working and individual performance and engagement
- Experience of successful conflict and performance management
- Cost management: financial and commercial acumen with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skills
- Continuous improvement: delivers efficiency in addition to effectiveness
- Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best
- Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility
- Robust and prepared to lead from the front
- Confident with a positive outlook
- Strong decision maker who gives assurance

It is important to note that this is a 12 month maternity contact commencing in October.
This superb opportunity will provide a basic salary up to £35,000 plus attractive on target earnings in the region of £65,000 to £70,000. A generous car allowance will also be provided.
