Key duties and requirements include:
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
- Ensure the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
- Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
- Maintain lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
- Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
- Advertise properties and proactively contact our database of potential Tenants
- Register applicants, arrange viewings, conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords
- Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants
- Manage the lettings process from start to finish
- Review and audit lettings team performance and manage KPIs set by Branch Manager
- Assist the Branch Manager with the recruitment of the Lettings Team
- Oversee diary management
- Run lettings reports on a weekly basis and report to the Branch Manager
- Advise landlords on general lettings regulations
- Maintain HMO licensing knowledge
- Maintain rental market knowledge
- Network to create opportunities
- Manage marketing events alongside Marketing Manager
- Recruit and manage Loc8tors time and performance

Essential skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service to all customers
- The ability to see a job through from start to finish
- Experience in Lettings (preferred)
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

Details & Salary
- Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 26 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm
