Lettings Manager – Prime Central London

Knightsbridge International Real Estate are looking for an ambitious and highly driven Lettings Manager to join their successful office based in Fulham. This is an exciting role and will play a key part in the continued growth of our lettings department. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to inherit a desk.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a department, win instructions and grow a team around them. The right person will be a genuine team player and have autonomy over the lettings department.

About the Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for growing our lettings presence across PCL, working closely with the Directors and wider Sales and Lettings teams.

A major focus of the role will be generating and winning new instructions. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, developing your own network, meeting landlords, attending valuations and actively creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come through the door.

Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication throughout the lettings process
  • Generate and conduct market appraisals and converting these into instructions
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business
  • Developing relationships with existing landlords to generate repeat and referral business
  • Uphold Knightsbridge Internationals high professional standards and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures
  • Working closely with our Sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Helping recruit, develop and motivate the lettings team as the department grows
  • Working directly with the Directors on the strategy and future growth of the department

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
