Ready for more?
More responsibility. More opportunity. A better lifestyle. And the chance to build something you can genuinely be proud of.
We’re looking for an ambitious lettings professional who is ready to step up, grow a regional portfolio and develop their career alongside one of the most exciting property brands in the industry.
You might currently be a Lettings Valuer or Assistant Manager. Your current job title matters less to us than your knowledge, attitude and ambition.
You don’t need to arrive with ten years of management experience or every answer. You do need a strong grounding in lettings, the confidence to take ownership and the hunger to grow.
Why Avocado?
Avocado was created to make estate agency feel better—for our clients, our agents and the people working behind the scenes.
We put people before property, embrace new ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the traditional way of doing things.
Now part of the wider iad UK network, we have a big opportunity to grow our lettings portfolio. This role puts you right at the heart of it.
You won’t simply inherit a department and keep it ticking over. You’ll help shape what comes next.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on role combining lettings, leadership and business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll support our self-employed agents, lead two in-office Property Managers and help grow our portfolio across Bracknell and the surrounding area.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions.
- Helping agents identify and convert lettings opportunities.
- Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and landlord relationships.
- Leading, supporting and developing our Property Management team.

- Making sure new properties are launched quickly and marketed brilliantly.
- Providing guidance on pricing, legislation, compliance and tenancy matters.
- Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

- Stepping in when needed to keep standards high and clients happy.
Some days you’ll be winning a new landlord. Others, you’ll be helping an agent navigate a difficult tenancy or supporting the team through a busy period.
That variety is exactly what makes the role exciting.
