Lettings Manager
Company: Independent Franchise
Location: NW London
Pay range and compensation package:
- Competitive annual salary paid £35,000 including £2,500 Car Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential lettings, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancy agreements, and oversee the full letting cycle from marketing to move-in.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Prepare and submit accurate tenancy documentation, ensuring compliance with UK legislation (e.g., TDS, GDPR).
- Handle rent collection, arrears management, and resolve tenant queries or disputes promptly.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of best practice procedures.

Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence and car
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential lettings or property management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lettings targets.
- Experience using property management software
- Familiarity with UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
