About Us
LDM Properties (UK) Limited is a leading Residential Letting & Management company, specialising in luxury apartment management across central London. With offices in London and Birmingham, we connect premium properties with international tenants, providing high-end services to both Landlords and Tenants.
LDM's management team is based in central Birmingham, the working hours are 9 am - 5:30pm, with overtime available during our peak season.
About the Role
This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines leadership, property marketing, tenancy management, and legal compliance. You'll work closely with Directors and the Senior Managers, as well as collaborate with our international team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential portfolio of 70+ properties from start to finish.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals and close deals.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants professionally and promptly.
- Prepare contracts and complete tenant referencing.
- Handle deposit registrations, returns, and dispute resolution (DPS).
- Oversee inventories, check-outs, and mid-term inspections.
- Handle the entire tenancy process from offer to deposit deductions.
- Manage utility bills, void period charges, service charges, and ground rents.
- Issue legal notices (Section 8).
- Coordinate property maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and internal policies.
- Communicate regularly with the international client base via WeChat.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Work pro-actively and with initiative.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, multicultural team.
