Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lettings Manager role based in Leeds. The Lettings Manager will oversee the day-to-day lettings operations, including managing property listings, conducting viewings, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring accurate tenancy documentation
- Handling queries and issues in a timely, professional manner
The role involves working closely with the wider sales and property management team to ensure properties are marketed effectively, occupancy levels remain high, and service standards are consistently met.
The Lettings Manager will also:
- Monitor local market trends
- Support compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to improving internal processes and client experience
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lettings and estate agency practices, including experience working with Estate Agents and Lettings.
- Practical understanding of Landlord/Tenant Matters, with the ability to handle tenancy agreements, queries, and disputes fairly and professionally.
- Experience in Property Management, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in the residential property sector in the UK, ideally within a lettings or investment environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using property management or CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Leeds, collaborate effectively within a team, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Formal qualifications in property, real estate, or a related field (such as ARLA or similar) are beneficial but not essential.
