Charters, part of Lomond, the UK’s leading network of lettings and estate agencies, is looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager for our Fleet branch.
With 26 branches and 370+ property professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to drive local growth while benefiting from the strength of a national network.
The Role
- Drive new business and develop landlord relationships
- Oversee valuations, viewings, and negotiations
- Grow applicant and landlord pipelines
- Maximise referrals and commercial opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and performance

About You
You’ll be an experienced lettings professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to lead, win business, and deliver results. You’ll be commercially driven, organized, and an excellent communicator.
ARLA qualified or willing to work towards it, with a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
