Life Residential Lettings Manager
Life Residential, a key part of the Dexters Group, specialises in the New Build sector across London and Birmingham. As we continue to grow in Birmingham, we’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Lettings Manager to lead and grow a successful business in the city.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to shape the Birmingham operation, develop new opportunities and build a high-performing team. With genuine autonomy, you’ll also have the full support, expertise and resources of a highly successful London-based business behind you.
We’re looking for an energetic, motivational and commercially driven leader with a proven track record in estate agency, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has the ambition to drive a business forward.

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 OTE

- Lead by example and set high performance standards
- Drive market share growth and lead valuations
- Build, lead and develop high-performing teams
- Manage and motivate a large sales or lettings team
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident people manager with strong coaching ability
- Fast-paced with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
