Role: Lettings Manager
Location: North London
Proper Recruitment is working with a UK-wide independent estate agency who are looking for a dynamic Lettings Manager to continue developing and nurturing their team and office in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings professional ready to step up and take real ownership of an office.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the lettings team to hit targets
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings office
- Generating new business and maximising valuation opportunities
- Overseeing negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement
- Working closely with senior management on office growth strategy

Requirements:
- Prior managerial experience favourable
- Strong background in lettings/property
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Driven, organised, and commercially minded

Salary:
- ÂŁ35,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]
- ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ65,000
