Lettings Manager
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings agent to take ownership of an established lettings operation with a highly regarded property brand.
This is a rounded management role combining team leadership and portfolio growth with a real focus on service and long-term landlord relationships.
You'll be joining a professional, supportive environment where reputation and client care really matter, with genuine scope to develop your career longer term.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the lettings department.
- Manage, support and develop the team.
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships.
- Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions.
- Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
- Oversee new instructions through to successful letting.
- Maintain high standards of service for landlords and tenants.
- Support across lettings and property management when required.

About You
We're looking for an experienced lettings professional who understands that a successful department is built on both growth and great relationships.
You'll be confident winning new business, but equally passionate about looking after existing landlords, building trust and delivering an excellent service.
You may already be a Lettings Manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take on greater responsibility.
You'll have:
- Strong residential lettings experience.
- Excellent landlord relationship-building skills.
- Experience carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
- The ability to lead and support a team.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and your own car.
