Charters, part of Lomond, the UK’s leading network of lettings and estate agencies, is looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to oversee our Fareham and Gosport offices.
With 26 branches and a team of 370+ property professionals, we combine local expertise with the strength of a national network.
We’re looking for an experienced lettings professional who can drive growth, deliver exceptional service, and inspire a high-performing team. This is a full-time position with a salary up to £65,000 OTE.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee day-to-day lettings operations
- Generate new business and build strong client relationships
- Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiate offers
- Develop applicant and landlord pipelines
- Work closely with property management and operational teams
- Identify referral opportunities and maximize business
- Deliver outstanding customer service while driving performance

What We’re Looking For
- Proven lettings experience
- Strong knowledge of lettings regulations and procedures
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- ARLA qualified or willing to work towards it
- Excellent organization, communication, and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- A genuine team player with a proactive approach
