Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Rentlife is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager or ambitious senior operator ready to step into a Partner-level role.
This isn’t a standard manager job. This is your chance to build and lead a Manchester operation with the support, systems and brand of an established business behind you.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead growth across Manchester — driving instructions, managing a team (as we scale), and developing landlord relationships.
For the right person, this can evolve into a genuine partnership opportunity with performance-based incentives and long-term upside.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Rentlife’s Manchester presence
- Win and manage landlord instructions
- Recruit and lead a high-performing lettings team
- Drive revenue and profitability
- Build relationships with investors and developers
- Implement systems and ensure compliance
- Represent Rentlife at networking events and industry functions

- 3+ years senior lettings experience
- Strong Manchester market knowledge
- Leadership experience (or ready to step up)
- Commercial mindset with P&L awareness
- Entrepreneurial drive
