Lettings Manager – Greenwich

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 basic + £3,000 car allowance + commission & office overrides
Location: Greenwich, South East London
Hours: Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays, with a day off in lieu
Experience: 2–4 years’ lettings experience
Driving: Full UK driving licence and own car essential

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful and established estate agency in their Greenwich office.

Working closely alongside the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the lettings department, managing a portfolio of approximately 300+ properties while supporting and developing the lettings team.

You will be joining a team of four, currently consisting of two Lettings Negotiators, with the potential for a further Negotiator to join the team by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of approximately 300 properties.
  • Lead and support the lettings team, ensuring targets and service levels are maintained.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager on the overall performance of the office.
  • Oversee the lettings process from instruction through to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
  • Carry out valuations and win new instructions where required.
  • Drive business development and maximise new letting opportunities.
  • Support Negotiators with deals, negotiations and pipeline management.
  • Monitor team performance and help motivate the team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance and best practice are maintained throughout the lettings process.

About You

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years' experience within lettings, ideally with previous experience managing or mentoring a team and working with a substantial residential portfolio.

You will be confident dealing with landlords, applicants and colleagues, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.

A full UK driving licence and own car are essential for this role.
