Role: Lettings Manager
Location: Prime Central London
Proper Recruitment are working with a strong independent estate agent in South Kensington who are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their high-performing team and drive continued success in a prime market.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting valuations
- Generating new business
- Overseeing day-to-day management of the team
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Leading the lettings team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
- Setting KPIs for the team
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience managing a team
- Ample understanding of lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to deliver clear and concise instructions
- A full UK driving licence

On Target Earnings [OTE]
- ÂŁ70k+
