The Package

  • Up to £35,000 basic with OTE up to £45,000
  • Performance-related bonus structure
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 24 with service)
  • A well-established, supportive team already in place
  • Long-term progression within a successful independent business
  • Monday – Friday with 8.30am start

Harte Recruitment is working with an established property business looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to help lead its residential lettings and property management operation. With a strong managed portfolio, an established team and ambitious growth plans, this Lettings Manager opportunity offers the chance to drive performance, develop people and play a key role in shaping the future of the department.

The Lettings Manager Role

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team across lettings, property management, administration and maintenance
  • Ensure the portfolio remains fully compliant with current lettings legislation and best practice
  • Support the team with more complex landlord, tenant and property matters
  • Review processes and identifying smarter ways of working
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Work alongside senior leadership to help shape the future growth of the business
  • Monitor performance, set objectives, inspire others and celebrate success

The Person

You'll already be an experienced lettings professional who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and leading by example.

  • A strong background within residential lettings and property management
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing successful teams
  • Excellent knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
  • Driver and full UK license
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
  • ARLA qualifications advantageous, but not essential
