Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Great Shelford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Cambridge’s leading independent agencies. Full driving licence required.

What we are looking for
- Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and understanding of key lettings legislation and procedures.
- Experience working with estate agents or in a residential lettings or property sales environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations.
- Familiarity with property management processes, including tenancy administration and basic maintenance coordination.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Comfortable using property software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
- Full UK driving licence is a must

Role Description
The Lettings Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in our Great Shelford office, although covering the Cambridge or Histon office may be necessary at times. Responsibilities include handling enquiries from prospective tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing clear information on rental terms and property features. The role involves liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate offers, prepare tenancy documentation, and support the progression of applications through to move-in. The Lettings Negotiator will assist with property marketing, including drafting listings, updating online portals, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks also include responding to customer queries, coordinating with property management colleagues, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and compliance with relevant lettings regulations.
