Pear Recruitment: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Clapham
Salary: Basic £20,000 - OTE £45,000
Hours: 5 Day week (Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm every other Sat 10am – 4pm)
Requirements: Full licence required, company Car provided

Duties
- Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord
- Assisting tenants through the referencing process
- Negotiating terms, completing necessary paperwork to finalise and close deals
- Working to both individual and team targets
- Working to develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keeping detailed records of transactions, references, and agreements
Ideal Candidate
- Pro-active, flexible, and confident
- Smart appearance
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Resilient
- Good IT skills
- A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role.
