Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lettings Negotiator role based in Greater London, offering a £25k basic salary with OTE up to £55k. The Lettings Negotiator will handle enquiries from prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, and provide clear, accurate information on available listings. Responsibilities include:

The role involves coordinating the marketing of properties, updating listings, and working closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth experience for all parties. The Lettings Negotiator will be expected to:
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Prioritise excellent customer service
- Uphold CHBL’s brand standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of landlord/tenant matters, including tenancy processes and relevant best practices.
- Experience working within an estate agency environment, ideally in lettings or residential property.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations.
- Knowledge of property management principles and coordination of maintenance or tenancy-related issues.
- Proven customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Greater London residential markets and local transport links is advantageous.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport are beneficial but not strictly required, depending on the coverage area.
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end property and relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ARLA or equivalent) are a plus.
