This is an exciting opportunity to work across two nearby lettings agencies in Barnt Green and Redditch. This role splits evenly across both agencies: 3 days in Barnt Green and 2 days in Redditch each week. The agencies are run by small, dedicated teams focused on providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, and are both looking to expand. Tools and processes will change as both agencies scale, so we're looking for people who learn quickly and thrive in that environment.
Location: Split across two sites: Barnt Green (3 days) and Redditch (2 days)
Position Type: Full-time, initial 6 month fixed-term contract, with a view to extending to a longer-term or permanent role.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm UK time
The Role
As a Letting Negotiator, you'll own the day-to-day relationship with landlords and run the Tenant Find journey end to end — from property listing through applicant screening to offer and move-in. You'll be the person landlords and tenants rely on for fast, accurate, professional service. Alongside the lettings role, you will occasionally help with property viewings and inventories. Based on an initial 6 month contract, there is an opportunity to extend to a longer term contract or full-time role. This role splits evenly across two agencies: 3 days in Barnt Green and 2 days in Redditch.

What You'll Do
- Run the end-to-end tenant find journey: working with applications, getting holding deposits, completing referencing, scheduling inventory, preparing contracts and move-ins.
- Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, keeping them informed and confident throughout the let, advising them on the best tenants and negotiating price reductions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Work with other functional departments - property management and payments, to ensure full sync during the move-out > move-in process.
- Occasionally help with property viewings and inventories.
What We're Looking For
- UK residential lettings experience, ideally with a letting negotiator focus.
- Strong communicator - clear, professional and confident with customers. Not afraid of making calls. Not afraid of making difficult conversations, while staying empathetic.
- Fast learner, comfortable with technology - you pick up new processes and systems quickly and are comfortable when they change. Ready for the environment with continuous change and improvement.
- Organised - you keep a busy workload moving without dropping the detail.

Nice to Have
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car, for moving between the two sites and to properties.
- Regular user of ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini.
