Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Location: Didsbury

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Registration and management of Letting applicants
  • Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
  • Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
  • Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
  • Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
  • Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
