Lettings Negotiator – Belvoir Stafford & Stone
📍 Stone, Staffordshire | Full-time | Competitive basic + uncapped commission
About the role
We're the leading lettings agent in Stone, and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who wants real ownership of their own patch, not just a desk and a call list.
You'll work closely with our Head of Lettings and Managing Director. You'll look after and grow an established lettings book and be the person our landlords trust for advice on legislation and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and building relationships with a portfolio of landlord clients
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to move-in
- Handling referencing, tenancy paperwork and compliance documentation
- Winning new landlord instructions and supporting business development

What you'll bring
- At least 2 years' experience in residential lettings
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong work ethic and the organisation to run your own diary
Nice to have
- Propertymark/ARLA Level 3, or the drive to get it (we'll fund and support you)
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation
- Local knowledge of Stone, Stafford and the wider Staffordshire market
- Living within a reasonable commute of Stone

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, plus one Saturday in four (9:00–13:00) with a full day off in lieu.
