Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £21,000 + scaled commission structure
Guarantee: 2 months
OTE: £50,000-£60,000
Location: 4 Halyard Place, London, E16 2TH
The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing Lettings team at Royal Wharf. With an average of 30+ available flats, this role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals.

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards
- Match applicants with their ideal rental properties
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings
- Showcase our impressive portfolio of premium properties
- Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover
- Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients

Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition
- ARLA qualified (desirable)
- Valid driving licence (essential)
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels
- Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
- Self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment
