Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Shoreditch

£35-40k OTE

Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this trainee lettings negotiator position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele.   • Preparing and delivering canvassing material
  • Arranging and booking in lettings viewings
  • Booking out keys and confirming with applicants and landlords
  • Registering applicants
  • Conducting viewings
  • Liaising with and updating all clients and applicants
