We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Brighton team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while maximising business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using your knowledge of the local property market to successfully facilitate lettings
- Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and professional contacts
- Negotiating rental terms to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Handling sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant legislation
- Keeping up to date with changing market conditions and adapting your approach accordingly
- Working closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer journey
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of local contacts
- Managing your time effectively and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Taking a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and overcoming challenges
- Consistently maintaining high professional and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who are driven to succeed and who genuinely enjoy working with people.
You’ll ideally have:
- A strong understanding of the local lettings market
- Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and regulations
- UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A driven, ambitious, and target-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong networking and business development abilities
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The flexibility to respond positively to changing market conditions and customer needs
