Responsibilities

Property Marketing and Promotion

Accountability: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings to attract potential tenants.

Tasks:

  • Create and manage property advertisements
  • Conduct market analysis to set competitive rental prices
  • Ensure property listings are accurate and engaging

Client Liaison and Relationship Management

Accountability: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and prospective tenants, providing high-quality service and support.

Tasks:

  • Communicate regularly with landlords regarding the status of their properties
  • Offer advice on market conditions and rental rates
  • Address tenant queries and concerns promptly

Lease Negotiation and Agreement Management

Accountability: Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants and ensure that all lease agreements are legally compliant and clearly understood by all parties.

  • Maintain accurate records

Team Collaboration and Support

Accountability: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the lettings department.

Tasks:

  • Share information and resources with colleagues
  • Support junior staff and administrative team members
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above required.
  • Educational background in property management, real estate, or related fields is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires at least one year of experience in leasing; candidates with less than a year of leasing experience but with other sales experience are also acceptable.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the real estate/sales.
  • Knowledge of local rental markets and regulations.
