About the Role

This is a lettings role you won't have seen before. A rare chance to join a fast-growing rental housing owner that's expanding across multiple regions and building a brand-new leasing function from the ground up. They're scaling quickly, investing heavily, and creating modern rental communities across both homes and apartment living.

If you're currently in agency, this is the natural next step. No cold stock-chasing, no fighting for instructions, no battling multiple landlords. You're working with one owner, one portfolio, modern systems and warm enquiries.

You'll be working directly with a senior leader known for developing teams, promoting internally and building high-performing leasing functions. We've worked with them for years and they've supported multiple promotions in previous roles and are now shaping something bigger, faster and more modern. If you want progression, proper support and a business that recognises hard work, this is the moment to move.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
