Prime Residential is a residential property management company. We manage residential property investments, handle deal sourcing, day-to-day property management, lettings, and sales on behalf of landlord. We also offer a unique package of services that make residential property a passive investment for our clients. With a presence in Liverpool, London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, we can manage properties across the UK.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Lettings Negotiator at Prime Residential, based in Liverpool. There will also be weekly travel to Birmingham & Leeds as and when required.

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for handling tenant matters, communicating effectively with tenants and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include;
- Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords via phone, email and in person
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, inspections, checkouts and inventories
- Carrying out tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
- Preparing and processing tenancy agreements and relevant documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other third parties
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Marketing properties through online property portals and social media
- Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements
As a requirement of this role you must have a valid driving license and your own vehicle.
Weekly travel to Birmingham/Leeds when required.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations (or willingness to learn if you have no experience)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
