Company Description

Prime Residential is a residential property management company. We manage residential property investments, handle deal sourcing, day-to-day property management, lettings, and sales on behalf of landlord. We also offer a unique package of services that make residential property a passive investment for our clients. With a presence in Liverpool, London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, we can manage properties across the UK.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Lettings Negotiator at Prime Residential, based in Liverpool. There will also be weekly travel to Birmingham & Leeds as and when required.

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for handling tenant matters, communicating effectively with tenants and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include;

  • Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords via phone, email and in person
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, inspections, checkouts and inventories
  • Carrying out tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
  • Preparing and processing tenancy agreements and relevant documentation
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other third parties
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Marketing properties through online property portals and social media
  • Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements

As a requirement of this role you must have a valid driving license and your own vehicle.

Weekly travel to Birmingham/Leeds when required.

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of housing laws and regulations (or willingness to learn if you have no experience)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
