Role Description

The Lettings Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Salford. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancy terms to achieve successful lets
  • Preparing and processing tenancy documentation
  • Supporting referencing and compliance checks
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures

The Lettings Negotiator will work closely with colleagues in branch, provide clear updates to clients, and help ensure properties are marketed effectively across digital and traditional channels. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a professional customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of estate agency operations and experience working with Estate Agents
  • Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Matters and basic Property Management principles
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage diverse client needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfort using digital tools, property management systems, and standard office software
  • Previous experience in lettings, property, or sales is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to work on-site in Salford, including occasional evenings or Saturdays as required
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
