DUDLEY
Basic Salary £26,500 negotiable

Our client is a well-established, successful independent sales and lettings agency who are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator, looking for a new challenge, to join their lettings team?
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be joining a very busy friendly lettings team that values your expertise and experience? No two days are the same so this position provides an exciting opportunity for a driven Lettings Negotiator
You will play a key role in every aspect of the lettings process, offering exceptional service to both new and existing landlords and tenants

Key Duties Will Include
- Management of incoming telephone, email, website and walk in enquiries
- Diary management and arranging bookings for viewings
- Conducting lettings viewings as and when required
- Managing maintenance enquiries, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to organise works needed and updating property records
- Facilitating the tenancy application process and referencing
- Ensuring that property compliance and company procedures are secured
The Successful Candidate Will Need
- Strong knowledge of the residential property lettings market
- Up to date knowledge of property management processes, current legislation and lettings compliance procedures at all stages
- Clear professional telephone manner
- IT literate competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and outlook at all times
- Flexible able to deal with a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy dealing with landlords and tenants from all walks of life
- Able to use own initiative and also work effectively within a team
- Must hold a full clean driving license with own transport
