Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lettings Consultant to join our vibrant property team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords, guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help build lasting relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions confidently to generate interest
- Assist landlords with marketing their properties effectively across various channels
- Manage the application process, including screening tenants, verifying references, and preparing lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and transactions within the CRM system
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are prepared for viewings and move-ins
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

- Strong administrative experience to handle documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple viewings, appointments, and follow-ups seamlessly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
