The Role
Working from the centre of historical Greenwich our office is situated on the bank of the river with amazing views of the Thames. We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Management Administrator to join our team, which is crucial to our business. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person.

Lettings Negotiator
- Property Viewings: Book and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Deal Negotiation: Present offers to the Property Managers or Landlords, negotiate the rental terms and secure successful lets.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with tenants.
- Market Available Properties: Through online and offline channels.
- Oversee the Full Tenancy Progression Process: In coordination with property management team.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and letting negotiation skills.
- Target driven mindset with high resilience.
- Requirements:
- A valid UK driver's licence (required for travel to viewings) Pool car available for staff with a full licence held more than 3 years and aged over 25 for insurance purposes.
- Desirable – A minimum of six months previous Estate Agent experience.
Property Management Administrator
- Support the Property Management Team: By handling day to day paperwork, legal compliance and customer service enquiries required to keep rental properties running smoothly.
- Deal with All New Let Processes:
- Arrange and Inspect Properties: On a periodic basis.

Person Profile
- Must be an experienced Letting agent.
- Relevant technical knowledge and competence.
- A logical and practical mind.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to analyse problems in order to identify solutions.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to ensure that you are adding maximum value to clients' assets.
- The ability to take on high levels of responsibility with enthusiasm and motivation.
- Good IT skills.
- A full driving licence and desirably your own car.
