Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 OTE (First Year)

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in managing our busy city centre portfolio and providing an excellent experience for both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Proactively marketing properties across leading property portals and social media platforms to maximise exposure
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements while liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the process
  • Dealing with landlord enquiries, qualifying new leads and booking market appraisal appointments for the valuation team.
  • Successfully letting multiple properties within our Manchester City Centre portfolio
  • Conducting interim property inspections
  • Assisting the wider lettings team with day-to-day duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the Manchester property market and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential lettings
  • A good understanding of current property legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and consistently exceed targets
  • A positive, ambitious attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • A full UK driving licence
