  • Registering customers and matching them with suitable properties
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and tenants and landlords, to achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Maximising branch income by cross-selling other services such as mortgages, conveyancing and insurance
  • Managing administrative tasks such as preparing documents, booking appointments and maintaining customer records
  • Delivering an exceptional service to our customers by providing them with regular updates on their transactions

What You’ll Need

  • High energy, persistence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in closing deals and objection-handling
  • Communication, active listening and rapport-building expertise - to understand customer needs, and to work as part of a team
  • Good time management and organisation
  • Valid driving licence is essential
