Do you want to be part of an ambitious team working within Reading’s leading estate agency?
If you’re looking to start a career in the property industry or already have a little experience, this is a great opportunity for you. You will be part of a team of eight other Lettings professionals in our landmark Reading office, and part of a wider group encompassing Michael Hardy Estate Agents in Wokingham and Crowthorne and Foxtons in London.

Person Specification
- Interest or experience in the property industry
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- People first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good local knowledge
- A willingness to learn
- IT literate
- Full Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities
- Competently booking and following up viewings, providing landlord feedback
- Competently booking valuations, obtaining detailed background information on the landlord’s situation
- Working closely with the Sales department to build relationships with investor buyers
- Maintaining and managing personal and office diaries
- Hourly management of email inboxes
- Conducting viewings to a set standard, following company procedures
- Competently putting together new let paperwork
- Carrying out the daily activities to meet daily and weekly personal activity targets

Hours of work
- Ideally Four weekdays 8:30am to 6pm
- Plus every Saturday 9am-4pm
or
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 4pm
