We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our team across our Park Gate and Bishops Waltham branches. You’ll build lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities and turn them into successful lets, while playing a key role in driving the continued growth of both branches. This is a full time position with an OTE up to £40,000.
What You'll Be Doing
- Match landlords and tenants to create successful lettings.
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Negotiate rental terms and maximise opportunities.
- Work towards ambitious targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure accurate documentation and full regulatory compliance.
- Solve problems quickly and confidently.
- Manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You'll ideally have:
- Lettings background
- Knowledge of the local lettings market and UK regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A natural ability to network and build relationships.
- A flexible, positive and solution-focused approach.
- The ambition to achieve and exceed targets.
- Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to great customer service.
