Role Overview

The Lettings Fast Track Programme is designed for ambitious professionals looking to make a successful career change into residential lettings. We welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a proven track record in customer-focused or sales-driven environments, regardless of previous property experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the role from the ground up. Participants receive comprehensive on-the-job training, ongoing support, and one-to-one coaching while working towards a permanent position as a Lettings Negotiator within one of our London offices.

The programme runs several times throughout the year, and we are always keen to hear from motivated individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial awareness, resilience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Applications are welcomed throughout the year, and suitable candidates may be invited to interview ahead of future programme intakes.

Requirements

  • A minimum 1 year professional working experience
  • Based within a 45 minute commute from Central London
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in London
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
