Salary
- £26,000 - £36,000 Basic Salary
- £30,000 - £40,000 OTE

The Lettings Negotiator role at NorthwoodUK in Worthing is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting landlords and tenants through the lettings process. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Handling property enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Providing accurate information about properties
- Communicating promptly with prospective tenants and landlords
- Maintaining property listings
- Supporting marketing activities
- Keeping records updated in the CRM system
- Contributing to delivering professional, reliable customer service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, confident telephone and in-person interaction.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
- Basic IT and administrative skills, including use of email, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
- Knowledge of or interest in the residential lettings sector, local property market awareness, and willingness to learn relevant regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small office team and follow established processes and codes of practice.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel locally for property viewings), if required by the office.
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales environment is beneficial but not essential.
