The Lettings Negotiator role at NorthwoodUK in Worthing is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting landlords and tenants through the lettings process. Day-to-day tasks include:

• Handling property enquiries
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Providing accurate information about properties
• Communicating promptly with prospective tenants and landlords
• Maintaining property listings
• Supporting marketing activities
• Keeping records updated in the CRM system
• Contributing to delivering professional, reliable customer service

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, confident telephone and in-person interaction.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
• Basic IT and administrative skills, including use of email, CRM systems, and property listing platforms.
• Knowledge of or interest in the residential lettings sector, local property market awareness, and willingness to learn relevant regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small office team and follow established processes and codes of practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel locally for property viewings), if required by the office.
• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales environment is beneficial but not essential.
