We are the leading lettings agent in Stone and we’re looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.
You’ll work alongside our Head of Lettings and Managing Director, managing and growing an established lettings book and acting as a trusted adviser to landlords on residential lettings legislation and compliance. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with genuine ownership of your own patch.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of landlord clients
- Advising landlords on lettings legislation, compliance and best practice
- Carrying out rental valuations and market appraisals
- Arranging and attending accompanied viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to move-in
- Referencing, tenancy paperwork and compliance documentation
- Supporting business development and winning new landlord instructions

What you’ll need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong work ethic, well organised, able to manage your own diary
Desirable
- Propertymark/ARLA Level 3, or a willingness to work towards it — fully funded and supported
- Working knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Living within a reasonable commute of Stone
- Local knowledge of the Stone, Stafford and wider Staffordshire market

Hours
9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in four (9:00–13:00) and a full day off in lieu.
